"Professional audio equipment" refers to sound systems, microphones, and acoustic booths marketed exclusively to B2B clients (recording studios, theaters, corporations). "Bulk inventory order" implies the purchase of units in minimum batches defined in each product sheet. "Audio installation diagrams" are downloadable technical documents that accompany each piece of equipment and do not constitute personalized advice.
Alamokaraoke acts as a wholesale distributor. No retail sales are made. Published prices are for reference only and may vary depending on volume and availability. The technical specifications of each product are those provided by the manufacturer and may be updated without prior notice. The use of installation diagrams is the buyer's responsibility.
Alamokaraoke is not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect installation, improper use of the equipment, or unauthorized modifications. The warranty covers factory defects for a period of 12 months from the invoice date, provided that installation was carried out according to the official diagrams. Damages due to electrical overload, moisture, or impacts are not covered.
All content on the portal (texts, diagrams, images, logos) is the property of Alamokaraoke or its suppliers. Total or partial reproduction without written authorization is prohibited. Installation diagrams are for the exclusive use of the buyer and may not be redistributed.
Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be resolved by the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction or venue.
